Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable + plans may need to change. To ensure the smooth operation of our business & accommodate all our guest, we have implemented the following policy:
1. Notification period: Please Notify us of any appointment cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
2. No show/Late Cancellation: Failure to provide at least 24hr notice of cancellation or not showing up for an appointment will result in a charge of 20% of the service fee.
3.Exceptions: We understand that emergencies & unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible (626)454-0272 and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
